Why we exist

Home care in India is mostly heroic, mostly invisible, and mostly stitched together.

India's elderly population is the fastest-growing segment of any economy on earth. The clinical infrastructure to support it at home is real but disconnected — agencies on WhatsApp, paper care plans, spreadsheet rotas, post-it medication reminders.

Families end up doing the integration in their head. Agencies end up doing it on a clipboard. Carers end up doing it from memory. And the moment one of them drops the thread — a missed dose, a late visit, an unrecorded incident — trust collapses.

AayulHealth exists to be the substrate they share. Coordinators schedule on it; carers deliver on it; nurses sign on it; families watch on it; and other families discover the agency through it.

  • Build for the field

    Carer mobile is what wins us trust. If a feature doesn't work in a 3G home with a low-end Android, it doesn't ship.

  • Honest by default

    Verified-booking reviews. No fake urgency. Server-priced everything. Family-visible records. The hard way is the only way home-care earns trust back.

  • Local rails, global engineering

    Hosted in ap-south-1. UPI, Cashfree, GSTIN, multilingual. But the architecture, security, and accessibility match anything you'd build for a US healthcare market.

  • Two audiences, one product

    Agencies run on it. Families find their agency on it. We refuse to fork the codebase or the data — that's where the network effect lives.

Where we are

Bengaluru first, then southern India.

We launched in Bengaluru in beta with twelve verified agencies across the city. Chennai and Coimbatore follow in Q3 — two cities with strong existing home-care networks and thousands of families looking for trusted providers.

Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi-NCR are on the waitlist. We want to earn each city, not flag-plant.
